1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phdream2 online gaming platform, including the website at phdream2.vip, all associated mobile-optimized pages, game interfaces, promotional materials, customer support channels, and any other services provided by phdream2 (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the phdream2 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on phdream2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing real-money games and services.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phdream2 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phdream2 or by any regulatory authority including PAGCOR.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the phdream2 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your phdream2 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phdream2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify phdream2 of any unauthorized access.

phdream2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

phdream2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods available to Philippine-based players. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and local bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be accepted where available.

• All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your phdream2 account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.
• phdream2 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phdream2 offers various bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely from bonus play. Refer to each promotion's terms for applicable game restrictions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion's terms.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phdream2 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phdream2 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• All RNG-based games use independently certified random number generators to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and verified by third-party testing laboratories.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers under studio conditions using physical cards, dice, and roulette wheels.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phdream2 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• phdream2 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any game or service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect game availability.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdream2 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the phdream2 Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your phdream2 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phdream2 Platform — including but not limited to the phdream2 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of phdream2 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phdream2 Platform without prior written consent from phdream2.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdream2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phdream2's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions, subject to phdream2's void-and-refund policy described in Section 6.
• Any reliance on information, promotions, or content published on the Platform that is subsequently corrected or updated.

phdream2's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

phdream2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phdream2 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and phdream2 cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Responsible Gaming

phdream2 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phdream2 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

Upon termination for cause, phdream2 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any real-money balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Legitimate real-money balances not associated with prohibited conduct will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phdream2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phdream2 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the phdream2 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting phdream2 support.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. phdream2 operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phdream2 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to regulatory compliance, players may also file a complaint with PAGCOR through its official channels.
